From Network to Meshwork

Manchester School of Art

A report by Amanda Ravetz and Lucy Wright. The design concept came from the term meshwork which led to us producing a visual motif that was used throughout the report. Sometimes Times was used to bring the report into a more contemporary space.

The cover features the full version of the meshwork motif, which is used throughout the rest of the document.
Sometimes Times as a typeface lent itself well to large quotes and chapter numbers in the report.

I can't praise AW-AR Studio highly enough. The quality of design speaks for itself. What has to be sampled to be understood, is Andrew and Alex's highly responsive, informed and dialogical approach. They are a real pleasure to work with.

We used a bronze ink throughout the report to push the idea of connections being made.
